Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "qq108", "we", "us", "our" refers to qq108 International Ltd., the operator of the qq108 platform accessible at https://qq108.app and its associated subdomains.
• "Platform" means the qq108 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all products, services, and features offered thereon, including sportsbook, live casino, slot games, scratch card games, and Live Dragon Tiger.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has completed registration and holds an active qq108 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member through the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means real-money funds credited to a Member's Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by qq108 subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as detailed in Clause 5.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play action placed by a Member on the Platform using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by qq108 under its international licensing obligations.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency supported on the Platform for deposits, withdrawals, and wagering.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond qq108's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, telecommunications failures, or regulatory changes.

To be eligible to open and maintain a qq108 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or professional player acting for or on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the qq108 Platform, or any qq108-affiliated platform, for any reason.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of qq108 International Ltd. or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

qq108 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within the timeframe specified by qq108 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. qq108 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify and merge or close duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify qq108 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. qq108 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

qq108 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account, or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that eligibility criteria have not been met, that false information has been provided, or that the Account poses an unacceptable risk under qq108's compliance or responsible gaming obligations.

qq108 supports the following Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposit and withdrawal methods. All transactions are processed in IDR; no foreign exchange conversion fees are charged by qq108 on IDR-denominated transactions.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• qq108 charges zero platform fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside qq108's control and are your responsibility.
• qq108 reserves the right to impose additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal where unusual activity is detected on an Account.
• Processing times quoted above apply during normal operating conditions. Delays caused by bank maintenance windows, national public holidays, or Force Majeure events are outside qq108's control.

qq108 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. Any funds identified as originating from unlawful sources will be frozen, reported to the relevant authorities under qq108's anti-money laundering obligations, and the associated Account permanently closed.

From time to time qq108 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Clause.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is limited to one per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window specified in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• qq108 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively in progress.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or the provision of false information to claim a bonus — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent Account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement conditions attached to them.

All wagers placed on the qq108 Platform — whether on sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot games, scratch cards, or Live Dragon Tiger — are subject to the product-specific rules published in the relevant game or market interface, as well as the general provisions of this Clause.

• A wager is final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. Members are responsible for verifying the details of each wager — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. qq108 cannot reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or system data — including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by data-feed failures — qq108 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's Account.
• For sportsbook markets, settlement will be based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. Results declared by unofficial or secondary sources will not be used for settlement purposes.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to market suspension during critical moments of an event (e.g., goals, red cards, game interruptions). qq108 cannot guarantee the continuous availability of live markets during an event.
• Slot, scratch card, and instant-win game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited. Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the respective game information panel.
• qq108 maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply across all products and markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted at qq108's discretion without prior notice.

qq108 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to protect Members from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. The Platform provides a suite of voluntary tools available to all Members through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control the total amount deposited within any given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to accept over a chosen timeframe.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up reminders at set intervals to stay informed of the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Contact our support team to initiate self-exclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq108 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent Account inquiry.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software or game clients for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any other activity designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or market.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed on qq108 or on any affiliated platform.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any component of the Platform.

All content on the qq108 Platform — including but not limited to the qq108 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of qq108 International Ltd. or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, mirror, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of qq108.

All third-party game content displayed on the Platform (including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used under licence. qq108 makes no claim of ownership over third-party content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qq108 International Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the operation of the Platform caused by events outside qq108's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events.
• Any action taken by a third-party payment provider, bank, or e-wallet operator that results in a delay or failure to process a deposit or withdrawal.
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party data feeds used in sportsbook odds compilation or live data display.

In all cases where qq108's liability cannot be fully excluded, qq108's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting qq108 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

qq108 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• qq108 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or a court order.
• qq108 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime in connection with your Account.
• You have failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.

Where an Account is terminated by qq108 due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance held in the Account at the time of termination may be forfeited at qq108's sole discretion, subject to the findings of any investigation conducted. Bonus Funds will be forfeited immediately upon termination in all circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq108 International Ltd. holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

qq108 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate for, or available to, users in all locations. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the qq108 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your country or region of residence.

Nothing in this Clause shall limit qq108's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms & Conditions.

qq108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, qq108 will notify Members via email or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at the time of login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
